LEANNA ADAMS

I began my career at Blades in 2022 with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. I specialize in creative and corrective coloring services, and I really enjoy the science behind color chemistry. Continued education and growing my skills as an artist are also top priorities for me. When you sit in my chair, my goal is to allow you to relax and experience a home away from home. I am here for you and all of your hair needs and goals! It would be my pleasure to assist you in your journey.
Outside of the salon, I love spending time with my husband and our three beautiful children.

LEO RODRIGUEZ

A veteran of both the military and the hair industry, licensed in cosmetology and barbering, Leo has earned his stripes amongst the elite. Over 35 years of high fashion and editorial work can be seen in every service. Providing quality men’s grooming and exquisite women’s cut/color/style. Leo also speaks 3 languages (Spanish, English, and Football).

NICK SIMONETTI

I began my career at Blades in 2020, with six years of experience behind the chair. I’m confident in meeting each client’s individual hair needs, and my specialty is curated cutting and lived-in color. I love to create looks that are polished yet versatile enough for everyday, and I enjoy taking time to teach my clients how to recreate their style at home. My service specialties also include balayage, beach-kissed highlighting, dry cutting, men’s styles, and facial waxing. Outside of work, I enjoy art, music, and trail biking.

SANDY BIRD

I opened Blades Salon in 1997 with the dream of creating a space for myself and fellow artists to share our passion for hair and beauty. I feel incredibly blessed to have a career that allows me to be creative and to also connect with many wonderful clients and talented professionals in my field. After more than 30 years behind the chair, I have trained under top artists in the industry and continue to stay current with ongoing education through our salon brands. I am professionally certified in Vidal Sassoon and Deva haircutting, Brazilian Blowout straightening systems, and I have worked as an educator for Sebastian/Wella. My goal is for every client to have a relaxing experience in my chair and leave feeling confident that they look their best.

KAYLA LEAR

I joined the Blades team in March 2003 as the full time receptionist/salon coordinator. Throughout the years, the most rewarding aspect of my job has been the wonderful relationships I’ve built with clients, my coworkers, and other beauty industry professionals. I enjoy helping to make everyone’s salon experience relaxing and fun, and I feel incredibly blessed to be part of such an amazing and talented team! Outside of work, I enjoy dancing and aerial arts, vintage glamour and tiki culture, photography, travel, and -most especially- being a mom to my beautiful daughter.

PAM MILLER

I have worked in all aspects of the beauty industry both behind the chair and as a salon owner in Lancaster for over 30 years. After owning Mia Bella Salon from 2008-2018, I joined the Blades team as a full time stylist and nail technician. I am professionally certified in Hairtalk and Babe brand extensions, Keratin Complex, and Brazilian Blowout. My specialty is creating custom extension and hairpiece styles, particularly for clients who struggle with thinning hair or hair loss. I love being able to enhance my clients’ natural beauty and boost their self confidence!

AVIGAIL JIMENEZ

I’m a young stylist who loves a challenge! I’ve been a beauty industry professional for over 6 years, and I love giving my clients a relaxing escape from reality while helping them achieve their beauty dreams. Whether it’s a hair cut, fresh color, extensions, nail design or a combination, the best part of my job is helping my clients to look and feel their best!

LESLIE MULLIN

With over 35 years in the salon industry,Leslie has a lot of experience and talent to offer to her guests.Leslie has been a color educator and still continues to attend advanced education.Leslie loves to make her guests feel good about themselves.
